First, I would like to respond regarding my purchase.  The Cross Pen was absolutely beautiful. It was an excellent selection, which would not have occurred without the assistance of the wonderful salesman that was alert and attentive while I shopped your store. 
Next, I would like to say that I have every intention of continuing to shop at your stores main location on Woodward.  The environment is not only warm and friendly, but it is also convenient in location.  I will definitely be in for my holiday gift giving excursion.

I had a great experience with you.  Lee C. was extremely knowledgeable about Briggs & Riley (as well as other products) – I bought 4 pieces, sight unseen, from her!  She described each piece in great detail, even opening up the toiletry bag and explaining in detail all the pockets, etc.  She was able to help me decide which pieces I should buy based on the kind of traveling I was doing.  She even tried to track down a discontinued piece for me  (I was able to find it online eventually but she really went out of her way to help me.  And of course, the free shipping and no tax is a no brainer. read more reviews

I was impressed with everything about your service!  I felt like it was very personalized and I received everything very quickly.  When I ordered something that was no longer available you replaced it with a better quality item for the same price – however, you called me before you sent it to make sure it was okay to substitute.  Every person I talked to their was extremely courteous and helpful.  Keep up the great work!  I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy high quality luggage! There was nothing that I disliked – quite amazing because that pretty much never happens with a retail experience – online or not!
