We get customer feedback daily because Travelpro is very popular.  Offering a variety of series, customers have much to choose.  When we speak to customers at any of these levels, they are all impressed when they learn that Travelpro invented the rolling luggage over eleven years ago.  We also hear customers talking about the favorable review C0nsumer Reports.  The other interesting observation we noted when speaking with customers is the awareness that many airline pilots use this brand.  After all the company was founded by an airline pilot, who better qualified to know the needs of the air traveler.  Customers who did not know this information where more than comforted when they discovered the backround of Travelpro luggage.
