FREQUENCY OF USE:  Everyday.
 
 LIKES:   Durability (though I did have to get a zipper repaired), appearance, clean lines, internal organization and weight/ size.

DISLIKE: Nothing comes to mind.

FREQUENCY OF USE:   I Travel just about every week. I flew on 98 airplanes last year with this bag and 104 the year before. .
 
 LIKES:    It travels well, I know from the coloring that its mine and it maintains it shape and you can get a lot in it. With the expansion it saves me checking a bag or can sometimes turn into a checked bag if I over stuff it.

DISLIKE: The handle broke last week. After 2 full years of beating it up and airlines too it no longer extends the handle. I am sure another bag would have given in a lot sooner. Nice that this one lasted this long. Problem now is that the bag is is good condition but pulling it is out of the question and carrying it is too much of a pain.

OVERALL RATING (1-5):  Until the handle broke I was a 5.  Now I am a 4. The handle is the only moving part besides the wheels – to think you cant get a handle to last is too bad. I of course but a new bag just a week ago from London Luggage, another victoronix and believe in them highly. They keep improving them. I hope this one last 2 more years and 200 flights.

FREQUENCY OF USE:   Every time I travel anywhere, probably 5-6 times a year.  I also occasionally lend it to close relatives and friends who travel, about 4 times a year.

LIKES:   Durability:  I bought the bag because it had a reputation for durability, and am very satisfied.  I've dragged it through many streets, and on many airplanes, and it looks good as new.  I also feel confident lending it out
to other people--it's durable enough so I don't have to worry about people harming it.

Security:  I like the confidence the locating chip gives me.  I've not lost my luggage yet (knock on wood!), but I like knowing that if I do, there's a way to get it back quickly.  The extra security is also why I like to lend it to others.

Looks:  It's a good-looking piece of luggage, something I'm proud to travel with.  You can see it's a quality piece of luggage, but not ostentatious--it makes me look like a smart, experienced traveller, but not a rich snob. Also, the color makes it easy to see on the airport baggage return.

DISLIKE:  I can't think of a thing I don't like.  I wish I could afford to travel more so I could use it more often.
OVERALL RATING (1-5): Overall, from a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest), how satisfied are you?  Five (5) definitely.  I'd recommend the Swiss Army bags to anyone.  They're worth the money.

FREQUENCY OF USE:  I use the 22 inch bag almost every week and for global traveling.

LIKES:    I like it very much.

DISLIKE:  What I dislike is the last time I took it to one of your approved repair shops in Nashville, TN, I was told that the luggage is no longer under warranty by the company.  It was my understanding that the guarantee policy with the repair shop was discontinued. 

OVERALL RATING (1-5): Number 4 for satisfaction.

We appreciate the strong review.  It sounds like the repair center no longer handles the Swiss Army warranty repairs.  Contacting us or Swiss Army for current list because Swiss Army does have warranty on their product lines against manufacturer defects.

Purchased Swiss Trek Messenger laptop bag December 2006 (review 5 months of use)

FREQUENCY OF USE: Initially I used it daily but after a 2 weeks of use the bag began to seperate and I returned it to your store. It took 3 months to get a replacement so I purchased a different bag ,from a different store. Once returned my wife has used the ba without issue for about 5 months.

LIKES:    I liked the size and design.
DISLIKE:  I am not sure about the build quality- perhaps my first bag was defective.

OVERALL RATING (1-5):   3- While the replacement bag has worked out I am reluctant to purchase another Swiss Army Bag.

We appreciate your candid review.  It sounds like the original bag was defective.  To compound the problem, It looks like there was some mix up with your replacement.  I believe once you had contacted our manager Lee, she was able to secure a replacement in a timely fashion.  Please keep us posted with the continued wear-ability of the replacement.

FREQUENCY OF USE:  I gave the luggage as a gift to my parents who use the luggage approximately 1 time per month.   I also own Swiss Army Brand Luggage and use it between 1 to 2 times each month.
 
 LIKES:      It is attractive, sturdy, and generally holds up well.  Mine (which is about 8 years old) is just starting to fray around the edges, but my parents still looks perfect. 

DISLIKE:    It is a bit heavy and with the new luggage rules, weight does matter
