LIKES: I love the look of the pen, the fact that engraving was possible (I engraved and it looks wonderful), and of course the affordable price.  I purchased at least four and had all engraved as gifts and for personal use.  My experience with the staff at your establishment was, as always, absolutely enjoyable.

LIKES: Pen is priced modestly but “looks and feels” like a more expensive item.  Ease of ordering and speed of delivery including engraving.  Thanks for great service, my group loved them.

DISLIKE: No specific dislikes to share. A nicer box for presentation (instead of plastic package) would be desirable, but would add to cost.

LLS RESPONDED:  Thank you for your prompt response.  We definitely value your opinion and we are happy that your group loved the pens.  You are absolutely right when you say that the packaging could be better and in anticipation of that exact response we were able to negotiate boxes for the pens.  So for your future orders the pens will be packaged in nice Cross blue boxes (and still with the same great pricing).

LIKES: Purchased pen as gift. I personally liked the classy look, weight and balance, smooth glide. Overall experience has always been great with great sales staff, no hassle company discount, quality long-lasting merchandise.

LIKES: I like the look and the feel of the pen.  Two problems, (1) the top turns as you write  causing the refill to retract into the pen, and  (2) the cartridge skipped quite a bit in the beginning.  Notwithstanding, I think the staff at London Luggage are first rate, polite, knowledgeable, and  professional in every sense of the word.  I think your store is one of Detroit's best kept secrets!--What a gem in the City!

OVERALL RATING (1-5): As far as the pen, I am going to give it a rating of 4, I do believe it is a good pen, and an exceptional buy.  as to customer service, NOTHING LESS THAN A 5.
