     Q1.  What do you LIKE most about your Briggs & Riley item and/or your overall experience with us?
 I like Outside handle concept. It keeps inside wide and flat. It works great!

     Q2.  Any DISLIKES?

Shoulder strap is big. If the inside bag is full, there is no space for strap. If strap can be more shorten, I can put strap outside.

     Q3.  Overall, from a scale of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest), how satisfied are you?

 The briefcase was a gift for my nephew, who graduated from law school.  I love the durability and versatility of the Briggs & Riley cases.  I have owned one myself for many years, and it still looks like new.  The overall experience was great, as LL provided a monogrammed luggage tag -- a nice touch.  Very helpful and friendly staff.

We have purchased Briggs & Riley from you in the past.  We replaced older bags with their newer, lighter weight replacements.  We like the lighter bags.

There was a problem with the bags sent to us on this order.  At our request, the bags were replaced.  We knew this would be the case.  Excellent customer service is your standard.
