Depending on the circumstances, we will give you instructions as to how to
proceed. Hartmann has the right to repair or replace the damaged merchandise at
its option and expense. Hartmann's commitment does not cover damage caused by a
common carrier, such as airline mishandling, normal wear and tear (including
wear and tear of moving components such as wheels, zippers and handles), or
misuse or neglect of the product. In those cases, Hartmann’s repair center can
provide you with efficient and gracious options for repairing and/or
refurbishing your Hartmann product. Hartmann's quality commitment gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from
state to state.
